What’s a Poster Session?

The Poster Session is an informal part of the conference agenda, that follows the days presentations, allowing you to connect with your peers in a relaxed atmosphere and continue to forge new and existing relationships. Poster Session is included in your registration pass, so make sure you register now to take part!

This is a great way for you to get involved and make your own personal contribution alongside the likes of  Axial BioTherapeutics, Kallyope, 4D Pharma, UC San Diego, Karolinska Institutet, UCLA and many more.

The maximum size of your poster can be A0 (33.1 x 46.8 inches), either landscape or portrait. Please be aware this opportunity is only available to Drug Developers and Academics.

There is no extra charge to your registration for presenting at the poster session. To take part, register to attend the main conference days and you will be contacted immediately to submit an abstract for your poster:

Why present a poster at a conference?

  • Posters offer the opportunity to engage with other conference attendees interested in the same subject and application as yourself.
  • One-on-one conversations about your poster enable you to talk about very specific aspects of your research.
  • A poster session is a good way to disseminate your work. You can also expect an insightful, impartial discussion of your work by a peer that can often provide ideas for improving your work downstream.
  • A poster session is ideal for the early stages of the research, when you may not have much more than an idea, and you stand to benefit a lot from discussing your idea with other researchers from the same field.
